Refund
If the merchant has sent the incorrect order or fulfilled the order in error at no fault of the cardholder then a full refund is required to be offered to the cardholder and the return of goods is the merchant's responsibility and cost.
Shipping Policy
a. Our shipping rates within whole New Zealand are as follows:

| North Island | 2–5 Working days | $7.99 per order |
| South Island | 3–5 Working days | $11.99 per order |
Please allow an extra 1–2 days for rural deliveries.
- a1. Waiheke Island (12 bottles max): $30
- a2. Delivery to other islands, including but not limited to Great Barrier Island, Kapiti Island, Stewart Island, and Chatham Islands, is not available.
b. If you exceed the standard shipping rate, we will contact you.
Kiwiwine2u may withhold the right to deliver the Products to the Customer for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, location).
Kiwiwine2u shall not be liable for any failure to deliver within a reasonable time whether the delay is due to causes beyond the control of Kiwiwine2u or otherwise.
